The engineering comes from eight years inside an automation integrator, designing robotic work cells and in-line material handling that had to run at rate, pass buy-off and be serviced by someone else. One engineer scopes, designs and releases every job.
Every integrator hits the same wall: sales lands three jobs in a month and mechanical becomes the bottleneck. Hiring takes ninety days. A staffing firm takes three weeks and a training curve. The schedule waits for neither.
We take one subassembly, lock the scope in writing on day zero, and deliver a release-ready package on day five. Small enough to be predictable, big enough to unblock a build.
